My name is Fiona Hanoman, owner and Director of Lionlea. 

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have a Master's Degree in Employee Relations and Law.  I am also accredited to use a number of psychometric tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Saville & Holdsworth Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).

I have been working as an HR professional at managerial level since 1996 and have experience of working in the public, private and charitable sectors in both operational and strategic roles. 

During my career I have successfully dealt with a number of employment tribunals, TUPE transfers, reorganizations and a very large multi-site Investors in People accreditation.  Having also been a line-manager I have experienced first hand the challenges of managing and motivating a team.  All of my knowledge, skills and experience I now bring to Lionlea.

In addition to my skills, I have access to a wide network of associates who are experts in specialist fields of HR and learning and development, and whose services I can draw upon for special projects or where additional resources are required.
