We are always happy to meet with you face to face, and as many of our clients are local to us this can provide an opportunity for us to build a close working relationship and get to know your business and your employees.

However, we understand that the pace of your business will often require a more rapid response.  For this reason we are also comfortable working remotely, taking advice from you over the telephone or by e-mail and providing our written advice and template documentation to you electronically. 

Generally, dependent upon the scope of work, we aim to provide a response to you within one working day.  For larger projects, we will agree delivery dates with you.

You will have a dedicated point of contact and can be assured that when you contact Lionlea you will not be handed over to someone else.  This ensures that over time we have a better understanding of how your business operates and can offer you continuity of support specifically tailored to your needs.
